GENERAL Sekar Sari Villa is an online villa reservation system of PT. Ayu Sari Graha. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred or modified without written permission of PT. Ayu Sari Graha. Sekar Sari Villa is fully responsible for the security of customer's identity and reservation data transferred via Internet. All reservation details are encrypted and transmitted through a secure connection.
ONLINE RESERVATION Reservations or information requests can be made through www.sekarsarivilla.com Reservation Form and should be filled out completely. Correct e-mail address is required when making reservation. Your booking details will be processed right away and will be replied at the shortest possible time. Reservation will be processed based on room availability. It is recommended to make reservations at least 30 (thirty) days in advance. We recommend that during high season, reservations should be made at least 60 days in advance. If the villa you selected is not available at the time, an alternative accommodation with similar features will be suggested to you.
RATES & VALIDITY Rates of villas described in this website are quoted per night in US Dollars and include 2 adults plus one child under the age of 12. Rates are subject to changes without prior notice. In accordance with the Indonesian law, the banks will automatically convert all transactions into Indonesia (ID) Rupiah at the current market rate.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE First, forward to us your reservation request form. We will then verify availability for the requested dates. Once verified, we will E-mail you a confirmation. To secure and confirm your reservation, you are required to E-mail the reservation form complete with credit card details and forward by fax a copy of your passport plus both sides of your credit card. It is guaranteed that PT. Ayu Sari Graha will not debit your credit card unless the confirmed reservation is cancelled as stated in the terms & conditions.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE Full payment is made directly to the villa prior to check-in. Sekar Sari Villa accepts only Visa and MasterCard with NO surcharges. All payments made through credit card will be processed through Bank Lippo - Bali, Indonesia.
CANCELLATIONS The value of 1 (one) night accommodation will be charged to your credit card if confirmed reservation is cancelled within 14 (fourteen) days in Normal/Low Season and 3 (three) weeks in High/Peak Season prior to arrival. To avoid misunderstandings, please not the High Season periods on the relevant villa's page. To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, such as illness, strikes, last minute cancellations, Acts of God and more; we recommend those guests purchase trip cancellation insurance to insure refund of deposits paid.
CHANGE OF BOOKING Sekar Sari Villa will apply an administration fee by increasing the rates of villa chosen for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability and approval by Sekar Sari Villa.
GENERAL LIABILITY Sekar Sari Villa be responsible for any loss, including and without limitation to expenses, claims, or injury, direct or indirect, caused or incurred before, during or after the party's stay in the accommodations including attorney's fees. PT. Ayu Sari Graha will not be held liable under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of booked accommodations or services, including substitutions, as described in these "Terms & Conditions". PT. Ayu Sari Graha will not be held liable and will be otherwise rendered harmless for any events arising in law as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of accommodations or services provided by PT. Ayu Sari Graha for reasons of military action, revolutions and Acts of God or by any agents, employees, sub contractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein.
